  No smiles from this staff! Numerous tables open but took the hostess approximately 3 minutes to seat us after she walked passed us several times. She never greeted us or said she would be with us shortly. Waitress appeared to be in a rush but only had 4 tables. 2 of the tables just needed to pay. Booth seat was broken and food was warm. Getting refills of water is out of the question. We still tipped her but I'm pretty sure it would have better if she would have just been nice. The Applebee's 10-15 minutes away is much better.

  The hostess took her time. She didn't seat us until the lady and her child called out to her. After we were seated, she walked away, looking for the menus. You shouldn't have to look for a menu if you work there. Anyways, afterwards she let us order, the wait was very long, and she wasn't even doing anything. Finally, our food came. The food is pretty good, don't eat to many mozzarella sticks or you will loose you taste for them. We payed the women, no tip, but she was nice and there were like... 5 people who worked there. All in all, wouldn't recommend if you have kids, wouldn't recommend if you are looking for fine dining.

  Worst wait staff I've ever had....waitress appeared to be more interested in what was going on in the bar area than listening to our order....took forever to get drinks and food. Food was good. But took forever to get a drink refill and when we got the check the waitress didn't come to process it. During that time I saw her doing shots in the bar with her friends. Complained to the hostess and when the waitress finally came to collect the bill she grabbed it from behind us and never ever acknowledged us. Saw this same service going on to the other 2 tables she was serving as well.
