  One star because Google doesn't give a 0 option. Words cannot describe how horrible the overall service is. They ran out of food, took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Visibly available servers arguing about not wanting to service tables where people are sitting, waiting to be served for the first time. It basically became comical. Just a sad dinner service. I truly hope major changes are made to the staff to improve all around.

  If it was possible to leave zero stars I would! Worst dining experience ever. We waited for over an hour to get our food. The waitress kept making excuses, like it was because we had 1 piece of chicken with our meal and chicken takes a long time. In the meantime, people who came in after us were getting chicken. When our food finally came, the portions were small and we didn't get our salad or rolls. She brought our salad, but never the rolls. She said the rolls come frozen and they take a long time to cook??? Seriously?? Our kids were very cranky and didn't even eat by the time they had food. We waited for the waitress to take our payment and she kept walking away. Walked to the front and nobody knew how to cash out our check...another 15 minute wait while they tried to figure out how to take our payment. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  If I could give no stars I would. The service was horrible and the wait was extremely unnecessary. Do not recommend for a semi - large party the restaurant cannot handle it.

  Is not worth your time and money. First we order the family meal and they charge us extra for splitting the meal. On the family meal, we were supposed to receive rolls and we were told they were in the oven and at the end of the meal we had never received our rolls and when we asked the waiter her reply was they were never made. Even though we saw multiple other customs get rolls and we were told by our waiter that our rolls were in the oven. The service was terrible, the only way we could get our waiter was stick our entire body out of the booth and she will still walk by us.
